Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional Production and Maintenance Superintendent with a Millwright Qualification and Millwright experience to oversee production processes and maintenance activities in a Factory Environment in Isando. This role will report directly to the Production Executive and requires strong leadership and technical skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and oversee repairs of equipment.
• Manage a team of production staff and maintenance technicians.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 (Matric) is essential
• Previous experience in a similar role or similar industry
• Millwright qualification is imperative
• Millwright experience is imperative
• Valid Drivers Licence
• PDP Advantageous
• Strong working knowledge of a factory environment
• Supervisory experience is essential
