Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in HR transformation, SuccessFactors, and process re-engineering. This role requires a high-calibre professional who can operate at a strategic level, engage senior stakeholders, and drive the design and implementation of optimised HR processes across both on-premise and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across HR transformation initiatives
- Conduct detailed analysis and documentation of AS-IS processes
- Design, validate, and implement TO-BE process models aligned to business objectives and system capabilities
- Drive process re-engineering initiatives, ensuring efficiency and scalability
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements across business and HR teams
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in
- Translate business requirements into functional and process specifications
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned to new technologies and processes
- Model and document future-state processes using ARIS
- Support and optimise SAP SuccessFactors implementations within a hybrid (on-premise and cloud) HR environment
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in HR or transformation programmes
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Solid background in on-premise HR systems
- Demonstrated expertise in process re-engineering and optimisation
- Experience with process modelling tools (ARIS highly preferred)
- Strong track record of engaging with senior/executive stakeholders
- Ability to lead and facilitate complex business discussions and workshops
- 12 month contract
