Deli Barman

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, smoothies, cocktails, and estate wines, with speed and consistency.
- Provide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service to all deli guests.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized, and fully stocked bar area.
- Support the deli team during service, assisting with guest queries and food orders when needed.
- Ensure proper stock rotation, beverage storage, and quality control.
- Uphold the estates high standards for guest experience, cleanliness, and professionalism.
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in a barista, barman, or beverage service rolepreferably in a premium or 5-star hospitality environment.
- Strong working knowledge of wines, coffee, and basic mixology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A polished appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
