Hotel Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive hotel sales and corporate account management across multiple properties within the group
• Generate and close MICE, group, and corporate bookings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, travel agencies, and corporate decision-makers
• Meet and exceed hotel revenue targets, room sales targets, and occupancy KPIs
• Develop proposals, presentations, and strategic hotel sales plans
• Represent hotels at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years experience in hotel sales, corporate hospitality sales, or account management
• Proven experience in MICE, group bookings, and event sales
• Strong track record in achieving and exceeding hotel sales targets
• Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Matric certificate (essential)
