Property Portfolio Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years experience managing Sectional Title and HOA schemes.
• Strong working knowledge of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act and the Community Schemes Ombud Service Act.
• 2 year+ Experience using WeconnectU property management system.
• Excell must be excellent

• Attending and chairing trustee/board meetings and AGMs, drafting minutes and resolutions.
• Preparing and managing budgets, levy schedules, and financial reporting.
• Overseeing contractors, maintenance, and compliance matters.
• Handling owner/trustee queries and communication professionally.
• Excell must be excellent
• Strong email etiquette and must be able to respond to at least 50 emails per day on a minimum.
• Currently must manage at least 8 + buildings ideal would be up to 24 buildings
