Duties:

• Oversee the end-to-end financial accounting and reporting for a diverse property portfolio.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Manage statutory reporting, audits, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Provide financial insights to support property development, acquisitions, and investments.
• Partner with operational and asset management teams to enhance financial performance.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledgers, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data across multiple entities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practice controls.
• Support system upgrades and automation within the finance function.
• Supervise and mentor junior finance staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom Degree Accounting
• SAIPA articles
• 6 years relevant Property experience
• MDA
