â Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
â Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients and candidates
â Source top talent through multiple recruitment channels
â Conduct candidate screenings and interviews
â Present and place high-calibre candidates with leading clients
â Negotiate offers and successfully close placements
â Develop and grow your own recruitment desk
â Proven recruitment experience OR a strong sales/customer service background with a demonstrated billing or sales track record
â Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
