Key Responsibilities- Lead the analysis and design of business and system solutions across transformation initiatives
- Engage with stakeholders to understand current processes and define future improvements
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and present tailored recommendations
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions
- Develop and enhance reporting models to support operational and financial insights
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for optimisation within systems and processes
- Support implementation and rollout of new solutions while ensuring data integrity
- Degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 58 years in business analysis, systems analysis, or a similar role
- Experience working with financial systems and data environments
- Proven exposure to enterprise systems and reporting solution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in data modelling
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Exposure to business intelligence tools and cloud platforms
- Certifications or experience with Microsoft technologies
- Familiarity with ERP systems
