Our client is a leader in the short-term investment industry for the past 15 years. They’re seeking a motivated Investment Telesales professional to join their dynamic team in Pinelands, Cape Town on a 6-month in-office position where you will play a key role in engaging with existing clients advising them on the wonderful changes which will benefit their existing portfolios.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound telesales calls to current investors
• Present and explain investment products clearly and persuasively
• Knowledge / experience with short-term insurance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve and exceed targets
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and investment knowledge

Requirements:

• Proven telesales experience within the investment or financial services sector
• Strong knowledge of investments and financial products
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, target-driven and resilient personality
• Able to work effectively in an office environment
• Immediately available
