Education:
- Relevant Engineering qualification (Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation)
- Additional certification in sales or business development (advantageous)
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 2 years experience in automation sales or related technical field
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial automation solutions
- Proven track record in technical sales and client relationship management
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and CRM systems)
- Own reliable transport and willingness to travel
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in automation solutions
- Provide technical support and product presentations to clients
- Prepare and deliver proposals and quotations
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery
