Your Role:
- Provide professional customer support in German (written & spoken)
- Handle customer queries efficiently and with empathy
- Resolve issues using internal systems and support tools
- Deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment
- Work rotational shifts, including weekends if required
Requirements:
- German proficiency B2 level
- Good command of English for internal communication
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification (essential)
- Customer service or call centre experience advantageous
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with shift work (24/7 rotational schedule)
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
