- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3-5 years' experience as an Information Systems Engineer, Systems Analyst, or similar role
- Proven ability to investigate business processes and uncover opportunities for optimisation
- Strong understanding of financial systems, billing, debtors, creditors, budgeting, and reporting
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI
- Knowledge of systems integration and workflow automation
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to translate business challenges into effective technology solutions
- Experience within property, real estate, or financial services environments will be advantageous
- Exposure to SQL, system migrations, or digital transformation projects will be highly beneficial
