Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies
- Translate marketing strategy into actionable marketing plans
- Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Coordinate campaigns across digital, social media, email and print
- Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives
- Conduct market research and analyse industry and customer trends
- Identify potential growth opportunities
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and analyse key metrics
- Prepare campaign reports and measure marketing ROI
- Identify underperforming areas and implement improvements
- Work with internal departments to maintain cohesive messaging and brand consistency
A significant component of the position involves hands-on digital marketing.
You will:
- Conduct keyword research
- Optimise website content for SEO and organic search rankings
- Manage social media channels
- Create and schedule social media content
- Manage online communities and engagement
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns
- Work across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn
- Monitor paid media performance against campaign objectives

Technical knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok and other media-buying platforms will be advantageous. The role requires website development/content-management knowledge from a marketing perspective, but does not require coding.
Content, Social Media & Brand Management
You should have a good understanding of content marketing and how content contributes to brand awareness, engagement and campaign performance.Content creation and editing capability will be advantageous, together with exposure to content and social media management platforms such as Planable, Hootsuite and Canva.
Basic graphic design knowledge is also beneficial, particularly the ability to guide the visual direction of social media and other marketing collateral.
Campaign & Project ManagementThis position requires someone who can confidently manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
You will coordinate with external vendors, agencies and partners, manage promotional events and marketing initiatives, monitor deadlines and ensure projects are delivered effectively and on time.
You should bring a combination of project management ability, creativity, problem-solving skills and attention to execution.
Marketing Team LeadershipThis isn't purely a marketing coordination position.
You will act as a senior member of the marketing function, providing guidance, mentorship and support to other members of the marketing team.
In the Marketing Manager's absence, you will be expected to delegate responsibilities, monitor progress and ensure deadlines are achieved.
What We're Looking For
To be considered, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- 5+ years' marketing experience
- At least 2 years' supervisory or leadership experience
- Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing
- Experience with social media marketing
- Understanding of SEO and keyword optimisation
- Experience or knowledge of paid advertising / paid media
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management capability
- Good leadership skills
- Results-driven approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking, prioritisation and time-management skills
