We are looking for a Senior Front of House Manager to join a dynamic team in Bryanston!

Salary: R25 000 R28 000 per month

• Minimum 5 years'' experience in hospitality management
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service orientated
• Computer literate
• Attention to detail and adaptability
• Flexible to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Manage front-of-house operations
• Ensure exceptional guest service and customer satisfaction
• Maintain operational and service standards
• Train and develop front-of-house staff
• Manage stock control and company assets
• Oversee administration and reporting
• Ensure health and safety compliance
• Contribute to business growth and profitability
• Build strong relationships with guests and team members
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
