Requirements
- Grade 12 with Higher Grade Mathematics
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 710 years experience in warehousing/distribution environments
- Minimum 5 years experience in inventory or stock management
- Minimum 5 years people management experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse inventory flow and stock control systems
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- FMCG, QSR, or large-scale distribution centre experience is advantageous
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and stock movement within the distribution centre
- Oversee replenishment and put-away processes to ensure operational flow
- Monitor stock variances, damages, expiry dates, and supplier returns
- Ensure accurate inventory reporting and compliance with company procedures
- Manage monthly stock counts and investigate discrepancies
- Lead and develop warehouse inventory staff through coaching, training, and performance management
