Key Responsibilities:- Gather and document business and system requirements
- Analyse processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Work with stakeholders, developers, and project teams
- Translate business needs into technical specifications
- Support testing, implementation, and system changes
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Business Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field (essential)
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Business Analysis certifications) are advantageous
- 38+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
- Proven experience working on system implementations or enhancements
- Experience gathering requirements and working with stakeholders
- Exposure to Agile or Waterfall environments
- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills
- Understanding of systems, processes, and data analysis
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Basic SQL or technical understanding is advantageous
