As the Finance Admin Clerk: Manage and direct incoming phone calls, ensuring accurate message-taking and call forwarding

Maintain a neat and welcoming reception area and greet visitors warmly
Coordinate mail, courier deliveries, and general front-desk operations
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and track visitor activity
Handle routine errands and place orders for office supplies
Support the finance team with purchase order creation, invoice processing, and filing
Assist with sending out customer invoices, statements, proof of payments, and supporting documents
Liaise with couriers for delivery documentation when required
Resolve basic client queries and provide general admin support to managers
Ensure daily sorting and attachment of sales documentation (e.g. PODs, picking slips) to customer invoices

Take on additional administrative and finance-related tasks as needed

Skills & Experience:
  1. 4 years of experience in a similar position
Clear communication skills

Proficient in MS Office

Qualification: Completed Matric (Grade 12)

Relevant finance/administration diploma would be advantageous
