Administrative & Invoicing Support (3 Days per Week)
Location: East Rand - BoksburgSalary: Negotiable
Overview:This key role is vital in ensuring the seamless execution of administrative functions, including invoicing, basic office admin, spreadsheet management, and financial process support.
This is a part-time position (3 days per week plus every second Saturday), ideal for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage responsibilities independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage invoices accurately and on time
- Maintain and update spreadsheets for financial and operational tracking
- Assist with general administrative and filing duties
- Support the finance team with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Reconcile supplier and client accounts when required
- Prepare and organize documentation for monthly reports
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve queries
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency in all records and documentation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or finance support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general spreadsheet management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of invoicing and financial processes
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Reliable, professional, and proactive approach to work
- Matric (Grade 12) essential; a certificate or diploma in Administration, Finance, or Accounting would be advantageous
Work Schedule:
- 3 days per week (specific days to be agreed upon with management)
- Every second Saturday as part of the operational rotation
