Refrigeration Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to technicians and engineers:

• Capture details of outlook accurately.
• Dispatch technician within SLA timeframes
• Plan routes to reduce km and cost.
• Prepare and distribute quotes for all repairs done by the technicians/ engineers.
• Update and capture job cards on the company enterprise accurately and timeously.
• Establish and maintain a healthy and professional relationship with customers and all suppliers.

Ensure weekly packs are submitted accordingly:

• Weekly/monthly closure on Internal System.
• Ensure calls are accurately closed within Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Attend to customers queries
• Capture and analyse the technicians kilometer claims.
• Capture the stock data onto database.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant qualification
• Computer literacy
• Experience within a client service environment
• Administration experience
• 1-2 years experience as a Data Capturer
