Bookkeeper

Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance
Debtors and creditors management, including reconciliations
Processing and posting journals
Maintaining the cashbook and performing bank reconciliations
General ledger maintenance and reconciliations
Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes
Supporting basic reporting and financial administration

Handling accounting-related administrative duties as required

Skills & Experience: Approximately 3 to 5 years of bookkeeping experience

Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting processes
Experience with accounting software (e.g. Pastel, Xero, Sage or similar)
Exposure to property administration, rental collections, or investments will be advantageous
High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail

Strong time management skills and ability to work independently

Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or a related field
