Our successful Housekeeping Supervisors
· supervise all functions of housekeeping, including rostering, assigning tasks, stock takes, monitoring guest supply and requests, recording room losses and implementing corrective actions· build and maintain a working environment where staff are fully trained, supportive of each other and competent
· fulfil service requirements promptly and with a positive approach
· monitor maintenance needs and contractors performance throughout the rooms, public areas, front of house and back of house
· facilitate effective interdepartmental co-operation to ensure guests expectations are anticipated and exceeded· work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.
If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4); computer literacy (Word, Excel & Outlook); numeracy skills; minimum of two years experience in a similar field.
