Job Description

The Process Engineer is responsible for evaluating, designing, and optimizing operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and ensure product quality. This role combines analytical thinking with hands-on implementation to drive continuous improvement across production lines, workflows and system operations.

• Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement in cost, efficiency, quality and safety.
• Design and develop new processes or upgrades that meet production goals and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Develop process documentation, SOPs, flow diagrams, and training materials.
• Lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting of operational issues.

• Bachelors degree in engineering (e.g., Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical) or a related field
• 5+ years Proven experience in process engineering or manufacturing preferred
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or related methodology is a must
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and manufacturing software
• Proficiency in process simulation and data analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, Minitab, Six Sigma tools)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Effective communication and cross-team collaboration
