Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Sandton. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design development and technical documentation of High-end residential projects. The position requires strong Revit proficiency, the ability to produce high-quality technical drawings, and the capability to assist with client presentations and visualisations.

Duties:

• Develop and produce architectural drawings and documentation using Revit.
• Prepare technical drawings and construction documentation for project implementation.
• Assist with design development for High-end residential projects.
• Create 3D models, visualisations, and renderings for internal and client presentations.
• Prepare presentation material for client meetings and project proposals.
• Coordinate drawings and information with consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Support project delivery from concept through to construction documentation.
• Attend site visits and project meetings within Gauteng when required.

Qualifications

National Diploma in Architectural Technology or Higher.

• Revit
• Residential project experience
