HR Generalist | Solar & Renewable Energy

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance
• Support management with HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and company culture
• Ensure alignment with labour legislation and industry standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification(s) in Human Resources or related area
• Fully computer literate (including ability to create and present presentations / training sessions / workshops)
• Flexible with working hours
• Own Vehicle & Valid Drivers License
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist (preferably within energy, engineering, or technical industries)
• Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and HR practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
