KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome and assist customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage incoming telephone calls and general reception duties
- Monitor and respond to emails and booking enquiries
- Manage appointments and coordinate daily bookings
- Assist with general administrative duties
- Ensure bookings and customer information are handled accurately
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience
- Support the team with day-to-day operational requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans, both written and verbal
- Previous administration or reception experience will be advantageous
- Strong communication and telephone etiquette
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Calm, resilient and able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, confident and customer-focused personality
- Professional and well-presented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Full training will be provided for the right candidate
WORKING HOURS:
- Operating Hours: Tuesday to Sunday
