R&D Designer

Were looking for a creative and technically skilled R&D Design Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to the design, prototyping, and testing of cutting-edge products and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support research and design activities for new product development and technology exploration.
• Generate 3D CAD models, design concepts, technical drawings, and specifications using software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or Creo.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and refine innovative designs.
• Apply engineering principles to solve complex design challenges, focusing on performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Conduct technical research, materials evaluation, and feasibility studies.
• Document design processes and support intellectual property filings as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree (or higher) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Product Design Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in an R&D or product design role.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD and FEA tools.
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing methods, and design for production.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
