The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and clients, as well as performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks
