Role Overview

Midvaal Recruitment is seeking a Site Admin Manager for our client to support site operations through effective administration, wage processing, documentation management, and compliance with health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage the Excel wage book
  • Process and submit wage-related documentation
  • Maintain and organise administrative and operational records
  • Capture and update staffing information
  • Draft and prepare work-related documentation
  • Order and monitor site supplies and stock levels
  • Maintain health and safety documentation
  • Assist with general site administration and reporting
  • Ensure accurate record keeping for operational compliance
Minimum Requirements
  • South African citizen
  • Clear criminal record
  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Good organisational and document management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
