Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome and direct visitors, clients or customers
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle voicemails
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and send reminders
- Accurately enter data into computer systems, databases or spreadsheets
- Receive, sort and distribute all mail and packages
- Keep the reception area and boardrooms clean, organised and welcoming
- Provide excellent customer service
- Respond to queries and resolve issues
- Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying and scanning
- Relay messages, updates and information to relevant parties
- Maintain accurate and up to date records (visitors logs, meeting schedules, etc.)
- Manage clients at the main gate and require proof of appointment
- Order stationery and supplies
- Assist staff and managers with day-to-day tasks as required
