Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and direct visitors, clients or customers
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle voicemails
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and send reminders
  • Accurately enter data into computer systems, databases or spreadsheets
  • Receive, sort and distribute all mail and packages
  • Keep the reception area and boardrooms clean, organised and welcoming
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Respond to queries and resolve issues
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying and scanning
  • Relay messages, updates and information to relevant parties
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records (visitors logs, meeting schedules, etc.)
  • Manage clients at the main gate and require proof of appointment
  • Order stationery and supplies
  • Assist staff and managers with day-to-day tasks as required
