What Youll Do
- Manage tenant invoices, statements, and collections
- Allocate receipts and reconcile accounts
- Handle tenant queries professionally (email/phone)
- Support month-end, balance sheet reconciliations, and audits
- Assist the Senior Property Accountant and Financial Manager
- 25 years experience in property finance, debtors, or junior accounting
- Strong Excel skills and exposure to MDA/MRI systems
- Financial qualification or degree advantageous but not essential
- Attention to detail, organised, and a team player
- Newly created role in a growing property portfolio
- Hands-on exposure to property finance beyond debtors
- Work closely with senior finance leadership
