Financial Accountant (Retail)

Duties:

• Process and reconcile daily sales, cash, and bank transactions
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting schedules
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and stock reconciliations
• Process payroll and ensure statutory compliance
• Prepare VAT submissions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably within the retail sector
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
