Conveyancing Secretary (Transfers)

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing transfer files from instruction to registration
  • Drafting and preparing transfer documents and related correspondence
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, banks, and Deeds Office
  • Attending to FICA requirements and compliance documentation
  • Opening, maintaining, and closing files accurately
  • Managing diaries, follow-ups, and deadlines
  • General conveyancing administration and secretarial duties
Requirements
  • Minimum 25 years experience as a Conveyancing Secretary (Transfers)
  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures
  • Experience dealing with Deeds Office and bank instructions
  • Excellent typing, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Word and legal conveyancing systems
