Sales Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts while actively seeking opportunities to open new retail doors.
• Oversee product assortments and manage budgets effectively to maximize sales performance.
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment with seasonal buying calendars and market trends.
• Implement merchandising strategies that drive sales growth and enhance product visibility.
• Utilize high-level sales skills and a keen commercial eye to identify market opportunities and develop tailored solutions for clients.
• Travel locally and internationally as required to meet with clients and attend trade shows or industry events.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising or buying, with a strong focus on managing key accounts.
• A relevant degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
• Proven track record of success in dealing with blue-chip retailers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
