You will lead the Data & Analytics Centre of Excellence, shaping and delivering a forward-thinking data strategy that enables the organisation to become truly insight-driven. Working across business units and with external partners, you will design and implement scalable analytics solutions, leveraging modern technologies such as AI, machine learning, and automation to unlock value and improve decision-making.

This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, requiring both strategic vision and hands-on delivery. You will guide teams, influence stakeholders, and ensure that analytics solutions are embedded into daily operations, driving measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and evolve the Data & Analytics Centre of Excellence
  • Define and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy
  • Design and implement scalable analytics platforms and technology stacks
  • Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into actionable solutions
  • Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across functions
  • Oversee development of dashboards, reporting tools, and advanced analytics solutions
  • Ensure data governance, security, and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Manage cross-functional projects using agile methodologies
  • Identify opportunities to optimise costs and streamline technology landscapes
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing analytics team
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in analytics or business intelligence, ideally within supply chain
  • Strong expertise in SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel
  • Proven experience with large datasets and data modelling
  • Solid understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices
  • Experience with Azure and modern data platforms
  • Exposure to tools such as SAP BW, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and Azure DevOps
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear business insights
