Junior asset manager
This will include, but not be limited to, the following areas
Minimum Requirements
Degree or diploma in Property Studies, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Commerce or a related field
1–3 years’ experience in property, asset management, property analysis, consulting or property finance roles
Exposure to retail, commercial, mixed-use and/or student portfolios advantageous
Strong Excel and financial modelling and presentation skills
Eastern Cape market knowledge will be beneficial

Asset Performance & Portfolio Management.
Financial Analysis, Budgets & Variance Management
Capex Planning, Feasibilities & Exco Submissions
Strategic Asset Management & Decision Support
Leasing, Tenant & Income Optimisation Support
Operational Oversight & Cross-Functional Coordination
General Business & Reporting
Key performance areas:
Asset performance relative to budget, forecast and strategic objectives
Quality and accuracy of asset analysis, reporting and recommendations
Effective identification and management of risks, underperformance and overspend
Contribution to income sustainability, vacancy reduction and value enhancement
Quality of capex feasibilities, motivations and post-implementation reviews
Support provided to strategic buy / hold / sell decision-making
Collaboration and alignment with leasing, property management and finance teams
Timely delivery of reports, analysis and management information
