Our client in the retail industry is seeking mature and professional Sales Assistants to provide exceptional customer service in their upmarket stores.
π Location: Benoniπ° Salary: R5,000 + Commission
π’ Position: Permanent
β° Hours: Shift work (details discussed at interview)
What we're looking for: β Matric/Grade 12 qualification
β 1+ years sales experienceβ Strong one-on-one customer service skills
β Extroverted, energetic, and mature personality
β Own transport and driver's license essential
β Computer literate (Microsoft Office, POS systems)
Key Responsibilities: π― Meeting sales targets through excellent customer service
π¬ One-on-one customer consultations and advice regarding adult productsπ¦ Stock taking and inventory management
π° Cash-ups and daily reconciliations
π Opening and closing store procedures
Ideal Candidate: π Socially mature and comfortable discussing adult topics
π Growth mindset and self-motivatedπ£οΈ Excellent communication skills
πΌ Previous experience in smaller retail environments preferred
