Responsibilities
Creative & Design Support- Assist in design execution by collaborating with designers on weekly artwork, social media content, and marketing materials.
- Edit and format creative assets to align with MyRunway’s brand identity and visual direction.
- Support content creation for digital platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online channels.
- Manage and schedule social media posts while engaging with MyRunway’s community.
- Support the building of our content database and maintain organized digital assets.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor insights, and audience preferences.
- Learn how to interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and gradually develop analytical skills.
- Brainstorm and contribute to creative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Recent degree with a minimum aggregate of 65% in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital design principles—experience with Canva, Figma, or similar tools is a plus.
- Social media savvy: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & YouTube.
- Copywriting skills with an ability to craft engaging and brand-aligned content.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for fashion marketing.
- Hunger for learning and thriving in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
- Familiar with Email and Mobile Marketing concepts.
- Demonstrated knowledge and interest in Digital Marketing, with an emphasis on Email and Mobile Marketing.
- Knowledge of Copywriting (Preferred).
- Familiar with the latest marketing trends (Preferred).
