Operations manager (retail, foods & beverage) - kzn midlands

RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced OPERATIONS MANAGER (RETAIL, FOODS & BEVERAGE) for a well-established, growing concern, position based in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (an advantage).

Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle.

Person must be able to speak, read and write English competently.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).

5yrs+ previous working experience in operations management, preferably in retail and food & beverage.

Manage forecourt (petrol station).

Oversee day-to-day operations across our retail and food and beverage divisions.

Train, mentor, and lead staff to ensure a high standard of service and operational efficiency.

Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships to maintain quality and consistency.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and grow revenue.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive guest experience.

Analyze performance metrics and create actionable plans for improvement.

Position is not a live-in position, but a travel allowance will be discussed.
