The Role: Construction Project Manager (Civils) (6 month FTC)
The purpose of this role is to manage the construction project site in Grabouw full time. The role exists to ensure the scope of work is executed according to a Quality Management System that utilizes inspection and hold points. The focus areas include site management, accurate reporting, and maintaining safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the project site based full time in Grabouw, Western Cape.
- Implement the civil scope of work according to the Quality Management System.
- Utilize inspection and hold points throughout the project duration.
- Send accurate weekly reports from the site.
- Manage site activities with an emphasis on quality, safety, and environmental management.
- Maintain all required project paperwork.
- Apply competency in MS Project to assist with project oversight.
- Registered as a Construction Manager with the SACPCMP.
- Civil Qualification and experience in the Scope of Work.
- Computer Literacy for the production of weekly reports.
- Knowledgeable in the application of Quality Management Systems.
- Competency in MS Project is an advantage.
