Experience and qualifications:
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Experience in managing a team effectively
- 2 years Supervisory experience with at least 3 years Packaging experience in a grain milling environment
Abilities / competencies / knowledge:
- Leadership capabilities
- Technical knowledge of Automated Packing Machines
- Computer literate - Advanced Excel
Main responsibilities:
- Managing and leading the team
- Managing the optimisation of the packing equipment, spares, parts, consumables, etc
- Manage OEE''s and packing material
- Manage and adhere to standards
