Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance, handyman, or technical roles.
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transport.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
Qualifications:
- Technical certification or relevant trade qualification is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
