Personal Lines Sales Manager in Short-Term Insurance
Reporting to: Executive Head: Sales Location: Bedfordview, Gauteng Type: Permanent
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieving Sales Targets
- People Management - 4 direct reports
- Interpersonal Relations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing a sales team with direct reports, including setting targets, performance management, and coaching
- Minimum 3-5 years' Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience
- Knowledge of current market trends, competitors, and external factors that could affect the business
- Ability to lead, coach and motivate a sales team to achieve its targets
- Ability to manage performance fairly and consistently, including difficult conversations
- Valid Drivers License
Qualifications:
Certificates/Certification: RE 5, Higher Certificate in Short Term Insurance, FETC In Short Term Insurance NQF 4, Matric, RE 1 Key Individuals
