Business Development Manager – Field Operations

Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager – Field Operations, a field-based leader who will spearhead merchant growth by coaching and empowering a regional sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, develop, and manage Growth Executives and Administrators
- Drive merchant acquisition, activation, and multi-product adoption
- Manage regional performance, forecasting, and pipeline health
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Ops
- Attend merchant meetings and support deal closure
- Ensure continuous product training and certification
- 5–7 years’ experience in sales management or channel leadership
- Proven leadership experience in field-based sales environments
- Strong CRM, data analysis, and reporting capability
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or Marketing advantageous
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport (extensive travel required)
