Business Development Manager – Field Operations

Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager – Field Operations, a field-based leader who will spearhead merchant growth by coaching and empowering a regional sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and manage Growth Executives and Administrators
  • Drive merchant acquisition, activation, and multi-product adoption
  • Manage regional performance, forecasting, and pipeline health
  • Collaborate with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Ops
  • Attend merchant meetings and support deal closure
  • Ensure continuous product training and certification
What We’re Looking For
  • 5–7 years’ experience in sales management or channel leadership
  • Proven leadership experience in field-based sales environments
  • Strong CRM, data analysis, and reporting capability
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or Marketing advantageous
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport (extensive travel required)
