Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning
- Deliver accurate monthly management accounts and reports
- Track income, expenses, risks, and growth opportunities
- Strengthening internal controls and drive system improvements
- Lead cost center reporting in Xero with precision in revenue and cost allocation
- Oversee general, debtors, creditors ledgers, VAT, and reconciliations
- Manage cross-border transactions and SARB compliance
- Collaborating with international finance teams on inter-company invoices and reporting
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Honours (with articles)
- 35 years in a commercial or financial management role
- Strong in financial reporting, analysis, and problem-solving
- Advanced Excel and Xero proficiency
- Commercial insight with the courage to question, refine, and lead
