Front of House Manager (Senior)

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Senior Front of House (FOH) Manager to lead our hospitality team in Bryanston. This executive-level role oversees the entire customer-facing operation, ensuring smooth service, guest satisfaction, and profitable business administration.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hospitality management experience
• Strong judgment and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Flexibility with working hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Attention to detail and client‑service orientation
• Fully computer literate
• Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances

Responsibilities:

• Manage all front‑of‑house operations and service standards
• Lead and train FOH staff, ensuring professionalism and adherence to company policies
• Maintain high guest satisfaction and resolve complaints efficiently
• Conduct regular checks for maintenance, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Oversee cash handling, reporting, and administrative duties
• Implement health and safety protocols and compliance with regulations
• Contribute to profitability through effective asset and staff management
• Support marketing campaigns and community engagement to raise brand awareness
• Discipline staff when necessary and ensure accountability
• Provide ongoing training and mentorship to staff

Salary: R25 000 R28 000

Working Hours: 09:00 Closing (Monday to Sunday, shifts applicable)
