As a Customer Service Agent within the repairs team, you will be the face and the voice of the company, responsible for engaging with customers, and providing exceptional service. This role combines customer service expertise with sales repairs support to enhance the customer experience and achieve brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with customers at all times
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services
- Keep thorough records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Assist in preparing repairs reports and analyzing customer feedback
- Collaborate with repairs and sales teams to enhance customer engagement strategies
- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system
- Matric as a minimum
- Proven experience in customer service and sales roles (2-3 years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Being calm under pressure
- Knowledge of ERP Software Systems like SAP an advantage
