Sales Manager

Duties:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the vehicle sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Drive customer satisfaction and ensure a high level of after-sales service.
• Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and market trends.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives.
• Report regularly to senior management on performance, opportunities, and challenges.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (advantageous)
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years experience in the automotive industry, with at least 2 years in a sales management role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Sound understanding of the vehicle sales process, financing, and customer relationship management
