The Role- Own finance across active, project-driven environments
- Drive cost control, reporting & compliance
- Partner with operations & procurement teams
- Apply IFRS in complex, real-world scenarios
- Identify issues early and take ownership of the fix
- BCom Honours / CIMA qualification required
- 5+ years in construction / project environments
- Strong IFRS knowledge + systems exposure
- Comfortable in fast-paced, on-site settings
- Detail-driven, accountable, and delivery-focused
- A clear step into operational finance
- Exposure to large-scale, high-impact projects
- Work that directly influences cost, margins, and outcomes
