The successful candidate will oversee the full finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and month-end processes. Responsibilities include reviewing reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, supporting strategic decision-making through financial analysis, and maintaining strong financial controls.

The role also involves driving process improvements, managing a small finance team, and partnering with senior leadership to support business growth and performance
Skills & Experience: Strong financial reporting and technical accounting knowledge
Ability to manage and develop finance teamsHigh attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Strong problem-solving and process improvement ability
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Qualification: Degree in Accounting/Finance
Professional qualification CA(SA) or CIMA advantageous
