Actuarial Analyst Balance Sheet Management (Non-Life)
Duties:Youll be at the heart of our Balance Sheet Management (BSM) team, delivering strategic actuarial insight that directly influences capital efficiency, solvency, and regulatory outcomes for top-tier clients. Work on cutting-edge IFRS 17 modelling, capital optimisation, and moreall while expanding your skills in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
Other duties include the following:
- Enhance and maintain IFRS reserve and SAM SCR models
- Support capital planning and projections (ORSA, dividends, etc.)
- Drive key reporting: Monthly capital adequacy, and quarterly/annual regulatory submissions
- Lead stakeholder engagement across functions and with clients
- Champion process automation and software innovation
- Contribute to IFRS 17 calculations (LRC & LIC)
- Play an active role in capital optimisation initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in actuarial science (or equivalent)
- 3+ years actuarial experience, preferably in non-life insurance
- Progress toward FASSA qualification

- Solid grasp of SCR components and prudential standards
- Experience with cell captives, IFRS 4/17, and Insurance Act compliance
